What is the structure of the Virtual Workshop?

We understand you are probably busy so we want to give you the maximum flexibility. We have broken the workshop into 5 two-hour sessions. Once you complete all 5 sessions you can attend any of the Follow-up sessions for a 12-month period after Session 5.

The sessions must be done in order. The workshop is sequential and each session builds upon the previous ones.

What is the process for purchasing and attending my sessions?

  1. Contact us for purchasing options. We are happy to discuss session times and logistics to suit your organisation.

  2. After you have purchased and register you will receive a Registration Email with instructions, links and calendar invitation files.

  3. Click the link in your Registration Email to visit the Pre-Work page from where you may download the workshop manual for the session. There might be other Pre-Work tasks for a given session so please take the time to visit that page well before the session start time.

  4. Start your workshop session via Zoom. To start your Zoom virtual workshop at the relevant time, click the link provided in your Registration Email (or your calendar invitation). You can join the Zoom session up to 10 minutes before the session start time. If you join late you might miss important information and/or the opportunity to join in the exercises.

What is Zoom?

Zoom is a free app for computers and mobile devices that allows for group video meetings. It has been designed to work well for workshops. You must have the app installed and working in order to attend the workshop. See this page for installation details.

Is it only in English?

Yes, for now. We would love to provide this work in other languages and we are looking for skilled facilitators so if that sounds like you please contact us.
