The Navigating Difficult Conversations workshop gave me insights and tools to better conduct conversations when the stakes are high.

Have you ever thought something like this?

"I know I should say something but I am scared to make things worse."

“How can I give feedback without them getting defensive?”

“People can't change so there's no point trying!”

"He/she never listens"

Have you ever avoided a difficult conversation, or lost control of your emotions when having one?

The truth is almost everyone finds certain conversations difficult or challenging. This website is here to help you change the way you think about so-called "difficult" conversations and to transform them into "learning" conversations - ones that build relationships and reduce conflict.

Our contribution over decades of helping people in "tricky" relationship situations in both personal and work contexts is to help improve their ability to engage with those conversations that are being avoided - usually because of reasons like the ones listed above. We hope the information you find here will help you see those potential conflict situations in a new light and so help improve your personal and / or work lives.

You might even want to do one of our live virtual workshops to really learn how to Navigate Difficult Conversations.
